RockBoxBand logo and visual concept - part 1Here is the presentation of a logo and concept of band's visuals. That said, this is not a final design but a but more of an idea board for the band to clarify their own perception/thoughts of what they want to be put out to the public in the future.
If you want to collaborate with me on developing your visuals with me further give me your feedback on what I have prepared - so we know what you want and why, what works for you, what makes sense and what you feel comfortable with. I hope this quick presentation is simple enough and you will be able to give me some valuable insight. All band members should be taken into account. :-))
Let‘s get started! I propose that we do some of the logo upgrade now, when RB is transitioning its Facebook personal account into a proper band page (Peter knows what I am referring to). The upgrade should be therefore something that will be durable, flexible for band's needs and will cover various needs of social media presence. The goal was to capture rock nostalgia esscence but also add some contemporary feel to the overall visuals. Logo is ornate and dynamic,typical for style of rock culture, having the vague elements of tattoo line-work / poster and t-shirt rock design. Logo should have a separate variation for instances where the full logo wordmark is not possible to apply but still be coherent with the RB brand style. Therefore the main lettermark logo has a reduced variation in the form of "skylt"/emblem (RB), to be used in specific instances, due to size or readability issues etc. 1. Profile picture for social media (such as Facebook and Instagram) when a small circle or square is used 2. Small band icon on the website, next to the menu (the top banner) if you ever decide to opt for an official website 3. As a "badge" logo design on any merch or digital media (in the future) if needed Proposal for "skylt"/emblem variation:
